These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in services provided by LMB Enterprise LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging with our services, registering for events, or accessing our content, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Business Identity & Governing Law
LMB Enterprise LLC operates under the jurisdiction of the State of Utah, United States. These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Utah state law.
2. Scope of Services
We offer holistic healing experiences, including but not limited to:
- Sound Bath Experiences
- Private Coaching & 1:1 Sessions
- Group Programs & Workshops
- Community Events
- Digital Content (Courses, Recordings, Guides)
These services are designed for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
3. Client Commitments & Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Showing up on time and fully participating in scheduled sessions and events.
- Practicing personal accountability for their health, wellness, and outcomes derived from our offerings.
- Not using our services as a replacement for professional medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.
By engaging with our services, clients acknowledge that their progress and transformation are self-directed and results may vary.
4. Payment Terms
We offer two payment options:
- Full upfront payment.
- Structured payment plans (as offered per program/event).
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services, packages, or events.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice prior to scheduled sessions or events.
- Rescheduling must also be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Missed sessions or events without proper notice will be forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are experiential in nature and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By participating, you acknowledge:
- You are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- LMB Enterprise LLC is not liable for any injuries, emotional distress, or other unintended outcomes.
- Participation in any offerings, discussions or spiritual practices is at your own discretion and risk.
You release LMB Enterprise LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by LMB Enterprise LLC, including but not limited to:
- Course materials
- Sound recordings
- Written guides
- Event content
is the exclusive intellectual property of LMB Enterprise LLC.
You agree not to copy, distribute, record, or replicate our content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use will be considered a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.
8. Community Guidelines
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering environment. All participants are expected to:
- Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared in group settings.
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
- Respect the energetic and emotional space of fellow participants.
We reserve the right to remove any participant for any reason at any time, or who violates these guidelines, without refund.
9. Media & Content Release
During sound baths and events, LMB Enterprise LLC may capture photos, audio, or video for promotional and educational purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
Participants are not permitted to record (audio/video) during any session or event without explicit written permission from LMB Enterprise LLC. Unauthorized recordings are prohibited and may result in removal from events and legal action if content is distributed.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
